The facility is super clean and modern and we felt so welcomed from the beginning! I even received a little video of how to get to our apartment since we got tere past check-in hours. The main pool is great, never too busy and clean. Private pool was great since we traveled with a baby. The room facilities also accommodated for everything we might have needed with a baby. The beds were very comfortable. Staff is beyond helpful and just so nice. They even surprised all their guest with a BBQ.

Aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen, joka aamu hieman myöhässä sovitusta ajasta. Aamiainen vaihteli hieman, mutta tavanomaiseen hotelliaamiaiseen verrattuna melko vaatimaton. Mukavaa oli hotellin rauhallisuus ja sijainti parin hyvän uimarannan ja ravintoloiden sekä kauppojen lähellä. Huone oli siisti ja iso. Meillä oli oma allas ja lisäksi oli yhteinen allas toisella puolella. Päätyhuoneisto oli kätevä, varsinkin kun meillä oli kahden pariskunnan käytössä alakerran huone sekä yläkerran huone.

It is very close to everything. Restaurants, taverna’s, markets, and most importantly to the beach. There is also George’s coffee shop next to it where you can drink very good coffee and eat delicious ice cream in front of the see. Minas and his wife are very friendly, helpful and supportive in any subject. They were like our neighbor of 20 years.

A great place to stay: Sotiris and his wife make you feel as an old friend on visit! They are nice and friendly, generous and interesting. The hotel is also very nice, quiet and chill. The pool bar is charming. The pool like all the buildings are clean. Very convenient for the airport: 20 mn drive. By KTEL from Heraklion the stop is 11. Then you have 1 km to walk down to the hotel. I strongly commend to spend a few days there!
