Everything about my stay was perfect. Communication was instant on booking. The host was able to fulfil my requests, plus upgrade me. The location was gorgeously tucked away just past the little village and tranquil and shaded spot easily walkable to the centre. The host was hugely helpful, kind and generous and the accommodation itself was extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped. I will be going again whenever in Crete.

´From the begging to the end of our stay Island Villa was excellent! Large, very clean, well equipped with an amazing pool and sun beds area. We were a large group of friends and we enjoyed that the Villa offers so many apartments, so each of us has privacy and a feeling that we were at our home. A large outdoor sitting area with bbq was the perfect spot to be all together having dinners and fun. Island Villa is in an excellent location. Super Market, Bucher. bars, tavernas and the great sundy beach within walking distance. When we arrived we met a smiling and hospitable owner. Nothing was big trouble for him. We highly recommend this place and we will try to come back soon

Absolutley amazing stay!! We came here after 4 not nice days in different hotel and we were amazed with this place and our hosts !! Very nice friendly staff, pool cleaned daily.Room cleaned every day at the high standard. On check in we got free gift - basket with fruits and wine , we felt so welcomed. At the check out again small gift! Location, we had car so location for me was good. Hotel was around 500m from the beach but we still had sea and mountain view. Shops and Taverns all walking distance from hotel. At check in we got many information about places to visit. You could really feel the nice, cretan atmosphere here. If I ever come back to Crete I will come back to Poledas!

Siisti, hyvä sänky, iso parveke, käytävätilan parveke vuorten suuntaan, isot huoneet, aamu ja iltapalalle hyvä keittiö. Hyvät palvelut, kauppoja, ravintoloita samassa korttelissa. Heinäkuun alun illalla 7 aikaan päätien yli pääsee helposti ja ilta-aallot ja auringonlasku oli loistavat rannalla. Snorklaamassa kävimme etelän Souda ja Skinaria rannoilla.

Really nice apart hotel next to olive grove. The rooms were clean and coasy, place is very peacefull. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very friendly, they even helped us to get the rent a car, because we had problems with our rented car. All in all very, very recommended place to stay. If we return to Crete, we will definately visit them again.

Sijainti, siisteys,ylenpalttisen ystävällinen ja huolehtiva henkilökunta ja mikä parasta jopa ainutkertaista hotellin sijainti siistiin altaaseen ja loistavaan omaan rantaan joka kyllä oli edukseen omaperäinen. Jos jotenkin mahdollista tuonne haluamme uudestaan ja ehdottomasti meri / allasnäkymä huone. Parkkipaikka vieressä - siis kaikki aivan käden ulottuvilla !
