Everything about my stay was perfect. Communication was instant on booking. The host was able to fulfil my requests, plus upgrade me. The location was gorgeously tucked away just past the little village and tranquil and shaded spot easily walkable to the centre. The host was hugely helpful, kind and generous and the accommodation itself was extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped. I will be going again whenever in Crete.

Beautiful new apartment at a very good location. Very nice and friendly people. Perfect location for different trips to lake Kourna, Argyropouli waterfalls, Spili, old town Rethymnon, Chania, etcetera. Beautiful beach and supermarket nearby. Our host Manolis and his family were very kind and helpful.

´From the begging to the end of our stay Island Villa was excellent! Large, very clean, well equipped with an amazing pool and sun beds area. We were a large group of friends and we enjoyed that the Villa offers so many apartments, so each of us has privacy and a feeling that we were at our home. A large outdoor sitting area with bbq was the perfect spot to be all together having dinners and fun. Island Villa is in an excellent location. Super Market, Bucher. bars, tavernas and the great sundy beach within walking distance. When we arrived we met a smiling and hospitable owner. Nothing was big trouble for him. We highly recommend this place and we will try to come back soon

Cuando llegue nos acogieron muy bien y fueron muy amables con nosotros, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas y cerca de la parte norte para visitar Chania y rethimno,todo estuvo muy bien pero tuve un incidente muy gordo el último día que me marchaba y es que cuando fui a mirar en mi neceser donde guardaba el dinero ya que no me llevaba todo conmigo me faltaban 200 euros , baje abajo y le dije con el traductor lo que había pasado y que quien había estado en mi habitación por que estaba limpia y las camas hechas, me dijeron q la limpiadora no fue y se pusieron muy a la defensiva sobre todo el dueño … por que la mujer si estaba más asombrada con lo que le estaba contando que llamaba a la policía , yo llorando de la impotencia por que la verdad que viajo mucho y jamás me hacían quitado dinero le dije que vale que llamara y él como que nos coaccionó de que si la llamaba íbamos a tener un problema ( de lo decía a mi hija que sabía un poco más de inglés)porque iban a venir y era su palabra contra la mía y le iban a cerrar todo el día el alojamiento y que yo le tendría que abonar el día cerrado , yo lloraba por que no comprendía nada, encima que me habían robado nos estaba amenazando … al final decidí dejarlo y perder el dinero por que me tenía que ir a otro alojamiento y no m lo iban a devolver aunque era para a ver montado una allí por que encima el dueño le decía cosas a la chica en griego como diciendo …. Déjalos si son españoles… y ella le decía ya ya para que se callara, no sabemos el idioma pero tontos no somos , así que nos largamos de allí con 200 euros menos y encima amenazados , así que guardar el dinero en la caja fuerte que ese fue mi fallo confiada de mí por que nunca jamas me paso en ningún país…

Very spacious, I loved that there was so much room. Nice beds, very clean. TV had Netflix and it was great. In general I recommend to stay there.

Lovely place, it is located just by the sea and has beautiful private beach. The owner and personel of that hotel are amazing. Language is not a barrier there as you will be well looked after by everybody who work there. Suberb breakfast which you can enjoy while looking at the sea. I really recommend that place.
