He called to explain the details of the reservation and ensure we would chek in ok and provide the access code we needed. The facilities are great, felt safe and the amenities at the loby too. Everything was just perfect! Very nice and helpful staff starting from Giom the first night and preserving the top standard till the very end, Even the cleaning ladies were very nice and did immaculate job. The golden pinnacle was the main lady-manager originally from Moldova who was there with wide smile every morning. Small but cozy dining corner near the reception was the heart of the hotel with truely family feeling. During a simple but tasty breakfast (croissant and alike fresh bakery) we always had a nice small talk (a bit bigger from my side, my apologies for that:)). The interior design is very original and soothing. I just hope to come back with any next opportunity even if it means a bit longer commuting. Thank you a lot! Milan

Very nice hôtel, extremely close to the métro line in the XII arrondissement. Cafés, bakeries and coffee are all nearby. The room was very clean and equipped with a fully functioning mini kitchen - the bed was super comfy. Loved our stay and would chose this hotel again
