The location is excellent, one minute's walk from both the bus station (for the Pont du Gard) and the main SNCF station. Supermarket just around the corner. A pleasant walk to all the historic sites in Nîmes. Breakfast quite adequate. We arrived on a public holiday but had clear instructions as to how to enter the building and collect our keys.

On the plus side: Fantastic staff, every one of them - warm, friendly, and helpful, even though I spoke only the tiniest bit of French and they spoke only the tiniest bit of English. We worked with translator apps and were able to take care of everything. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had nice towels and toiletries provided. It is spartan, and the kitchen had only one small saucepan, so you wouldn't really be able to cook here, although there is a cooktop and microwave. I had a very nice continental breakfast here and two dinners which were, well, food. I was not in a position to go out, as I was in Nimes to get care for an injured ankle and arrange transport home to the US. As a consequence, I didn't do any sightseeing and can't comment on the location. Nonetheless, for an economical stay, it is a good choice.
