Super nice staff; warm welcome, perfect English, responsive for emails and always had a smile. The breakfast is not a super wide range but you can have everything you need. Easy check in and access to the rooms. Clean. Very close to the center of Nancy, 15 minutes walking distance. You need to pay for parking next to the hotel (10 euro/day), but a little bit outside of the city, it could be free. Kitchen is equipped. I was not outside after 8pm, but until that time the area was safe. I would choose this hotel again for sure.

We had the queen bed suite, with pullout couch. It was nice to have a fridge and sink in the room. The rooms were good size. The receptionists were 10/10, very nice and accomodating, especially Stephanie. The location was great, 10 minute was to downtown and also close to the river. Parking was easy and free on the street. The breakfast was slightly above a continental and a little expensive for 12 euro, but convenient and enough variety to fill us up. Overall, I felt satisfied for the price.

Very clean apartament seem recently refurbished. Staff was very helpful once contacted via the emergency number. Great location, nice city view plenty of food outlets around.

Host is great, great value for money, There's a kitchen with everything you might need, new microwave and coffee machine. Fridge in the bedroom, private bathroom. 100% would go and recommend again
