The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The location of the property is excellent five minute walk to train station, trains to Monaco, Nice , Antibes (also 20 minute walk), Cannes and Marseille. The property we stayed in was a duplex two bed, top floor, lift very welcome, the apartment is roomy and all the facilities you need for catering holiday. The location is in the town and short walk to promenade and beaches. café, bars, restaurant , supermarket and bakeries on your door step. I would recommend the property to anyone for a stay. Juan Les Pins is a lively seaside area and conveniently located for visiting and exploring the south of France.

The location was perfect. The reception staff were very helpful one slight irk probably a language barrier I only worked out where the swimming pool was on day four perhaps a map on booking in would be really helpful. great stay will definitely be back

The location is excelent, very close to the main port and attractions, and also 5 minutes away from the train station. Bruno was an excelent host, ready to answer any questions we had. In the apartment you will find everything you'd need for a short or long stay (including dishwasher and washer, nespresso machine, etc), and one of the best booklets i ever saw, containing clear instructions on how to use everything, all in all a great experience. Antibes is between Nice and Cannes, and with a day pass you can take the train to visit both (also Monaco or any other city on the coast up to Italy). The restaurants are really nice, you have a few nice sandy beaches (that you won't find in other places towards Italy for example), and you can really feel you are on vacation.

Newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. Good location far enough from a busy street not to hear the traffic, walking distance to the beach.
