The apartment was fantastic. Huge so plenty of space for our family of five to relax, great kitchen area and all beautifully clean and well equipped. The staff at Reception were incredibly patient and helpful. Directly opposite the lift to the slopes. We loved it!

Lovely good quality apartment (No 100) and furnishings with 2 main bedrooms and 1 room with 4 bunks, well facilitated kitchen, dining and sitting area with Netflix and Youtube. Self catering but there is a bar/cafe as part of the building that sells beautiful fresh bread and other basic essentials. Fernando and Valerie run the cafe and they were very welcoming and helpful. Very nice indoor pool with sauna and steam room. We visited in Summer - about 25mins drive up the mountain from Bourg-Saint-Maurice. We ate out in Les Arcs 1600, about 7 mins drive away. Restaurant Labuche food was really good, Le Cairne less so. There is an app for the accommodation which is useful. Communication was good leading up to our stay.

The hotel is in a very good location for skiers, the ski lift is 100 meters from the hotel, the rooms are clean and well-kept, a large balcony, nice service

The location of the residence is ideal with easy ski in and out and plenty of amenities nearby. The staff are very friendly, professional and try their best to be helpful. Pool area is very nice, family friendly and well maintained; pool water temperature was warm and comfortable. The indoor parking is very comfortable with easy access and assigned parking spots which is a huge bonus, but very expensive. The area is calm and comfortable with phenomenal views.
