Our stay was very pleasant. We like everything: the studio (the bed, the kitchen, the bath, the cleanliness, the quietness). The staff was very polite, the location is great as well. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants in very close distance, the beach is very close too.

Всё очень понравилось! Приветливая приятная администратор, чистота в номере, отдельная кухня, на которой было абсолютно всё, балкончик. Приятные глазу картины на стенах, уютный спокойный интерьер. Одеяла, пледы, подушки, полотенца - всё чистое и в наличии. По отзывам боялась, что будет старая ужасная ванная комната, но мои опасения не подтвердились. Всё было отлично, чистенько, аккуратненько! За свои деньги - это отличный, превосходный номер. В следующий раз, как буду в Биаррице - остановлюсь ещё раз здесь.

A great appartement and location with very responsive team. The appartements are functional and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The ground floor appartement bedrooms were a bit cold and a bit of humidity but with the stand alone heater provided that was resolve very quickly!

It’s hard to see from the photos but the building is new, so it’s nice and roomy and modern. Also the location is fantastic, smack centre in a lovely part of the town, so it was very convenient to walk everywhere.

Everything was fantastic. The woman at the front desk was fabulous, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was exceptional with incredible ocean views. The bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows. There was great lighting, so often rooms are dark. The tv was on castors so that it could be viewed either from the bed or the couch in its own little alcove with a large window. Important for us, because we stayed during the Rugby World Cup. It was warm the entire time, so we kept the window and balcony sliding glass door open. Apparently, this is common because the flooring is a surface that accepts water and it is easily mopped up. There was a large fabulous bath tub for soaking. We had breakfast one morning; a petit dejeuner simple. It included coffee and croissants. The cafe au lait was the best I have had since visiting Paris years ago. It was the old fashioned steamed milk in a pitcher. This is the ONLY hotel on the beach near the old town in Biarritz.. All of the others are up on the bluffs. The restaurant next door, Le Surfing was excellent as well.
