Very nice hotel - friendly staff and all facilities very well kept. Room spotless and comfortable. 3 min walk to beach and if a bit windy there, nice pool and 'deck' area for lounging. Shopping centre 2 min walk with selection of shops/cafes. Bus stop also only 2 min walk if you need public transport - ample free parking just outside hotel if you are using hire-car. 5 min drive to Maspalomas/ Play Del Ingles and only 2 min from main GC1 motorway from airport.

Front line ocean view. Super apartment with everything you need. Shop nearby. Ground floor has huge terraces. Nice quiet pool. Sun deck on roof to catch last rays of sun at end of the day.

We paid very little for the accommodation and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how nice and clean the property was. We requested pool view and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool with a glorious mountain backdrop. The pool vibe was amazing. The lifeguard and bar lady were just fantastic. They made the hotel so special with their happy go lucky approach. It was one of the friendliest and most personal pool sides we have ever been to. They were just beautiful, genuine people who always greeted us and were ready to help. We loved the vibe by this poolside.

The very efficient Olivia arrived promptly to check us in. We liked very much the beautiful, well maintained gardens and pool. The building itself is very pretty. The twin beds were comfortable. The room service was carried out regularly by the cheerful Binku who also showed us how to work the new ceramic hob. Everything worked well in the room, at the pool and solarium. The building and grounds felt secure and the in-room safe worked well. We will be returning to El Chaparral.

Lovely bright appartment with a big balcony. The wifi was very good. The cleaning lady was always very cheerful. The staff are all very friendly. The grounds and swimming pools are very well maintained. would definitely stay here again as I found it very good value for the price I paid.
