Everything about this place is amazing. Especially front desk staff Mr Peter Snyder. Peter welcomed us like family. He made our stay in Ottawa memorable. He is the most friendliest staff we have come across. He is genuinely accommodating. What an amazing personality for hospitality. I hope the hotel looks after him well and respectfully as a highly valued staff as the staff makes the hotel and the stay. The most comfortable king size bed and huge room with kitchen and huge bathtub. The location is so convenient to everything, walking distance to all attraction and canal etc. The hotel also provides breakfast packs for everyone to take away. How amazing is that. Also free laundry detergent and laundry services (heavy duty washers and dryers on 4th floor). 30 mins cycle for each. We had the most wonderful stay here. Thank you Peter. My children and I stayed at Sonder Arlo Hotel for 2 weeks. It was unforgettable! Very convenient location - in the heart of Ottawa, close to many various attractions. This is especially valuable for those who come to Ottawa to experience the city and its historic sites to the fullest. The hotel has bright, clean and spacious rooms, a gym, and a fun game room with Foosball and Air Hockey. We had a room with one bedroom and a living room as well as 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and tools for preparing any kind of meal - a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, toaster, and even a small dishwasher. The staff is very friendly, always happy to help, and care deeply about their guests' experiences. I especially want to thank Khaoula. She is very friendly, sincere, and professional. Thank you for your help in an unusual situation and your understanding. You are the best!!!

Super nice and comfortable apartment! Very good size, easily accessible. Underground parking made it even easier to unload luggage's. Good size gym on the rooftop.

I stayed here for a working trip and selected Le Suites so I could have an "office area" in my hotel room - I was not disappointed. Perfect for a work trip. The Internet worked well, kitchen had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and the gym had enough equipment. Excellent location in downtown Ottawa, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

I stayed this residence during Ottawa Race Weekend for my marathon. Pretty close to the city hall (2.5km) and they have their own parking lots ($15 / day). There are two bedrooms / microwave / fridge and they offered a late checkout for runners on the race day. It was a nice experience and recommend for a short trip in Ottawa.
