It’s in the heart of Oetz and in the middle of Innsbruck and Mittenwald, 35 minutes away. Hosts, Manuela and her daughter, Carolina, are sweet and took care of us. I’ll stay here again if i ever go back to Innsbruck or Mittenwald.

The apartment is situated in quiet place, we have appreciated it as a familly. Apartment was very clean, cosy and well equipped. Special thanks to owner Sabrina, she was frendly and helpfull. She speaks well English that is advantage in Otzal valey. Distance to Solden ski resort up to 15 minutes by car. Spa Aqua Dome is distance only 1,5 km. Very good position and quality of apartment for a reasonable price. We are planing to spend time here next year again.

Stuff so friendly, informed us about everything we should've know. This stay was every cent worth! The modern, minimalistic interior, filled with high quality materials and of course the spectacular mountain views! There was everything one needs while staying at the property! And the Intersport rental downstairs was absolutely at the highest level as well!

The place is great. We spent 5 days and everything was great, the view, the sauna, the food at breakfast and hospitality of the host. It’s just 18 min drive from Solden. The room was clean, modern and had a lot of space. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best hotels I ever stood in Tirol. Very well equipped apartment in a newly built house. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a beautiful place. There is Pizzeria restaurant near, belonging the same family.
