Hotels near Teterboro Airport - TEB, Hasbrouck Heights

Bed was comfortable. Not enough towels or washcloths in a room for 2. No shower curtain liner so floor got wet. Greeting at front desk was poor. Not friendly. No smile, not once. Website mentioned they could arrange transportation. When I asked she crutly told us we could get a cab but did not say where. Other staff members were friendly and pleasant but the first impression stuck. Breakfast was disappointing. No protein and nothing hot. Location did not have stores or restaurants within walking distance but was quick to get to the stadium. Met my need for a room with a bed and shower located close to stadium.

The area is just perfect! They have a huge costco just across the road. Walmart is a 5 minute drive away and there are tons of eateries within the area that will deliver if you use door dash or grub hub (i personally prefer door dash. Grubhub takes entirely too long)

They charged us $258 for one night. They are a 2 star hotel who has no business charging over $100 a night. The location is in a shady neighborhood. The room was tiny. The parking lot was loud all throughout the night, and extremely loud planes flew over head every few minutes. It was not a comfortable place to sleep and the bathroom looked so grimy that I was too afraid to use the shower. I would not suggest anyone stay here because it is 100% not worth the amount of money that they charge.

Our flight got in early and there were no rooms available. We had to wait around because we were dropped off by Lyft and there's no place to go. My daughters and I there for a concert at MetLife Stadium that is right across the highway from the hotel. Little did we know once the concert was over it would take over 3 hours and a $65 from a guy we later found out wasn't a cab driver as he claim to have been just to get back to the hotel. Uber and Lyft kept canceling our rides and taxi's only wanted to take us to NY for more money. The temperature dropped down to 60 degrees and due to waiting all those hours with no place to sit nor water caused my chronic condition to flare and a trip inside the ambulance. We were told we couldn't walk because it was illegal. The hotel knew of this concert and they know of the difficulties people have with getting back to their establishment and should have a shuttle for their guest. Not having breakfast, the bed was very uncomfortable with a cheap thin blanket, and no stores or anything around is one thing, but three hours just to get across the street! This ruined the rest of my stay and I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

I was denied access to my room! They would only accept ID from Janet Foster, my wife, who was not present. Janet is listed in contact of Booking.com, but I booked under GREG FOSTER , of which I have confirmation from Booking.com. as " Guest name". When I persisted, they threatened to call the police?? I previously requested an early checking -in, which they could not accommodate. OK., no problem. My schedule then required a late check- in which I had pre-arranged at the front desk in person that same day. Information never got relayed on shift change, even though they physically wrote my name down, GREG FOSTER. I requested to speak to a manager but was told they were not available. After disappearing for a while the attendant appeared with a room key for me without further explanation. It should be noted this took place at approximately 1:30 a.m. so i really had few other lodging options. I'm a Sixty- eight year old world traveler and this one of the most puzzling circumstances I have ever experienced. Also , no coffee maker or any kitchenware as advertised. Was bad experience with this hotel no transportation no bus no any thing around we just asked the lady in the reception to cancel she say no you have to pay for 4 nights and we pay her but we could cancel before we pay and she say you have to pay now and later ask the manager for cancellation she was so mean they night shift guy was nice he say you can cancel any time . And we cancelled we just went to Hampton inn in Teaneck was awesome.
