The apartment is exactly as presented in the pictures except that the dining room table is now across from the couch and not in the corner of the room. The kitchen is small but functional, we appreciated the good, heavy pots for cooking. Silverware and dinnerware are plentiful although a larger chopping knife would be nice. The apartment is on the 4th floor (as noted in the facilities, there is no elevator) so it receives a lot of sunlight. It also feels more spacious than the pictures indicate. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and the shower has sufficient water pressure. Communication with the host is easy (& in English) and he responds quickly. As he does not live nearby, his mother will meet you at the apartment. The apartment is located in the northern part of town so it is a bit of a walk to the fortress but we thought it was conveniently located near many sites and the large NM supermarket (is labeled a convenience store on g**gle maps). It's in the newest of the buildings just off the road.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Gomkʼ, Gomkers Guest House is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. It was a pleasant stay. The host took care so much of us, it was well organised. The dinner and the breakfast were amazing cooked.

It's a perfect spot for those who seek peace and concentration, home-made eco food, historic sites and nature. In other words, Gnishik and this guest house, particularly, are just hidden treasures. I highly recommend spending a week here for recreational purposes. I plan to visit this place every season to charge myself with positivity and inner peace.

Tigran and his wife are the best hosts I've ever met. They helped me with everything I needed. Once I asked Tigran to send me a taxi to pick me up from a hiking track, he even joined the taxi driver just to make sure he finds me. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and Vayk is a great location for trips tot the surrounding sights. I can totally recommend this place and would give 11 stars if possible.
