It was late, and options for high-rated accommodations were few. However, we came across CHATEAU DU BOULAY MORIN, an old French-style chateau just a few kilometers from the highway, listed on Booking.com. The chateau is located in a serene rural area, tucked behind a long stone fence and vintage-style gates. We arrived late without prior notification, and with our internet data exhausted, we were anxious about whether the staff would still be available to check us in. To our relief, the gates swung open at the press of a button, welcoming us into a silent and magical retreat. The property is nestled within roughly 40 hectares of well-maintained forest and 3 hectares of beautifully manicured gardens. The quiet ambiance, paired with the charm of the chateau's exterior, immediately gave us a sense of calm and tranquility. We were warmly greeted by a receptionist who, despite our late arrival, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even managed to arrange some food for us, knowing that we had missed our dinner. The interior of the chateau exudes a cozy, if somewhat outdated, charm, reminding more of a family home than a typical hotel, adding to the unique experience. In the morning, we learned that the property is managed by the young children of the owners. The elder, a former lawyer, shared the captivating history of the chateau and their family as they served us a delicious breakfast. The personal touch and stories made us feel like we were guests in a family home rather than customers in a hotel, giving our stay an intimate and friendly atmosphere. This quaint chateau may not boast the glitz and glamour of a typical 4 or 5-star hotel, but it offers a uniquely charming experience that leaves an indelible mark on your memory.

Situated in Honfleur and with Butin Beach reachable within 1.6 km, L'Invitation au Voyage Hôtel- Espace Bien-être - Bar Lounge features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free... The location is unbeatable, as well as the facilities. Modern boutique hotel, highly recommended. The reception staff gave us good recommendations for local restaurants and also convenient cheap parking not too far from the hotel and addressed all of our needs.

Maison Bailly in Ducey provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. The accommodation has a sauna. Everything is wonderful. From the little details, to the area, to the host. Peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that from 1 night we stayed 3 and it was perfect. Everything is very clean, modern with very nice design and breakfast really good. Celine is great, makes you feel like home, gives you such a positive vibe❤️

Very quiet and discreet location. Rooms are very cosy and clean. Owners very welcoming, helpful and happy to accomodate. We enjoyed our stay there.

Gite Le Ranch 6 pers, a property with a spa and wellness centre and a garden, is set in Tirepied, 29 km from Champrepus Zoo, 33 km from Granville Train Station, as well as 34 km from Granville's... Everything was great - the house is surrounded by nature, perfect for a getaway. The decoration is very thoughtful and the owner is very kind and helpful. The key exchange was made by box with code in our case, which was very practical and easy. We had a great time and definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying in this truly atypical house. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was particularly delightful. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic games rooms available at the hotel. The attention to detail was evident from the emphasis on local products.

Very good location, you can quickly walk to the beach, bakery or restaurant. Parking is easy to find in the neighborhood. The cottage is practical and well furnished. The hosts are very nice and give a quick response.

Set within 13 km of Etretat's Cliff and 29 km of Saint-Michel's Church in Écrainville, Clos Celeste - campagne d Etretat avec piscine et spa offers accommodation with seating area. friendly host, the property looks very nice, amazing hydrangea (it is worth visiting the location just to see the flowers); good breakfast, there was also a pool table available which we used and it was an enjoyable experience, great location to visit Etretat and surrounding areas.

Situated 31 km from Halle au Blé, chambre d'hôte medieval du vieux bourg features accommodation in Chailloué with access to spa facilities. Lovely host who met us as we arrived and showed us to our room and explained breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the facilities great.
