New, sophisticate and dreamy! A real gem in heart of Paris. Pool & Sauna area was amazing. Room was much bigger than Paris norm. Art on the walls gave a extra sense of mystery to the hotel. Location is very close to metro and bus stops. Staff were professional and helpful. A real value for money.

Located in the 9th district of Paris, just a 10-minute walk from Opera Garnier and the Galeries Lafayette, Philéas Lazare & Spa Hotel offers a hammam and a gym, as well as a 24-hour reception,... I have stayed in many hotels in Paris and this was undoubtedly the best and I am sure I will be returning to it. The staff were wonderful, the room spacious and elegantly decorated and the lobby and breakfast calming and relaxing. Definitely four star plus!

Hôtel Fabric bivša je tvornica tekstila koja sada funkcionira kao hotel, a nalazi se u 11. pariškom okrugu. The breakfast was really great! Very Parisian and the staff was very friendly and the overall location was splendid as it was close to 3-4 metro stations easier to connect u to the airport or to Paris downtown area.

This is a boutique hotel in the centre of Paris but is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are all so kind and helpful and the rooms are very spacious for a Paris hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable . Breakfast was good value and a cooked buffet.
