The bed was the most comfortable one that we have slept on together. Loved the breakfast, jacuzzi and the sauna. Staff were AMAZING, assisted with requests and provided good recommendations. would definitely stay there again in Wrocslaw

Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.

The apartment is really super clean, the beds are super comfortable. 2 separate bedrooms (one is with a TV and a balcony). Enough wardrobes to keep the clothes. There are tables in each bedroom to put the laptop and work. The bathroom is clean, with a bath not a shower, with a washing machine, with enough space to keep all the cosmetics, with a hairdryer and white towels. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, and a lot of dishes and kitchen stuff, everything is super clean.
