The property is super cute. The rooms are very big. we had one medium size and one that was super huge suite size. The people are very nice. It is not a new new property so don’t expect perfection. But for the price it is feels like a 5 star stay. I wish we would have stayed here on our first night in Quarzazate. The place we stayed before was horrible. And most of the properties are just ok here. The kozyhome is superb. And the place to stay while visiting this region. The breakfast/ hangout area is super nice. And they make you feel like you are at home. The bed is good and heating works really well.

It is obvious that an awful lot of time and effort has gone into making a unique place. The owner is very chatty and gives a lot of good information. The rooms are large and comfortable. Best shower of our whole Moroccan trip. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, though compared to other riads and guest houses we stayed in it wasn't quite the same level.

The owners were friendly and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. Warm welcome from Rita (who actually exists and owns the place) and her front of house staff that is one of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve interacted in our lodgings. Breakfast is varied. Power strip in room makes it easy to charge. No plastic bottles which I loved. Piping hot water in shower with excellent pressure. Park in a courtyard by a fountain 30meters away.
