There was a shower and wc in the rooms which was great as we asked for en-suite, problem was there was only a curtain separating the area from the carpet. The curtain was so close to the WC you had to have the curtain open to use the WC. The shower looked great, but only two parts worked only one towel Coffee and sugar supplied but no milk dust on most surfaces only one cup and a plastic beaker for drinks cutlery was plastic only one pillow each and pretty flat at that.

Nice location, to far to walk but Taxi's were great and cheap. Let us park there early Comfy bed room was nice and warm large tv fridge and kettle in the room

The lack of hot water to have a shower in the main master bedroom & the hut. The staff not answering the phone when they asked us to contact them before arriving.

The closeness it is to Thorpe park was great.

Not clean. Dust and decor really bad!! Toilet blocked. Shower temperature didn’t regulate just hot or cold. Food left in fridge from previous person.

Although the bed was comfy, the bedsheet didn’t fit the mattress properly which was annoying as we had to keep putting it back on. Fridge was falling apart. Had to force the bathroom door shut so that it would lock. Bathroom was dusty and toilet rolls weren’t replaced regularly, shower was very outdated.

Bedroom had a nice layout with comfy bed, good location to Thorpe Park and Chertsey town/ station.

The bed sheets should have been white. Coloured dark bed sheet on the bed was a put off. Saggy and smelly pillows were too much to bear. The duvet needs changing with the whole bedding apparatus.

*It is not accessible by foot. *The amenities in the room were plugged in dangerously( with extension leads) *the bed had wheels and the floor was wood, so the bed kept rolling * the linen/duvet smelled of sweat * the shower in the shared bathroom was leaking

The deception

The location was a deception as they showed house and on getting to the place, I was send to a portal cabin room at the back of the house.

Our accommodation consisted of a kichen, bedroom but no separate bathroom . The shower, sink and toilet were in the bedroom - not desirable and only stayed 2 nights put up with it.

out of date pat testing on electronic devices . don’t feel your place have been risk accessed because your rugs are a trip hazard . me and my partner both had to hoover up because we disgusted with how much dust and cobwebs we seen on the ceiling and on the walls . our toilet holder kept falling off the wall so I suggest that gets properly fixed on to the wall . can I suggest for you put some filler on your ceiling to cover all the holes me and my partner were very surprised you let guests sleep in smelly bedding and one other thing the bins haven’t been emptied from the previous tenant that is a concern .

I liked the location as it was close to Thorpe park (5 mins ago the most ).i also liked the shower .

There were crumbs on the breakfast bar. I was surprised that there were no towels provided and it was not clear from the online description that the studio was one of several units available on the site.

The site was very convenient for the wedding I was attending. It was a bonus to have a television and the size of the studio was good for the price
