The entire property was dirty and smelt. The room was vinyl floor, the en-suite a big stretch on that description, taps badly fitted on tiny basin, limited space to open the shower door as it hit the hand basin. The carpets leading to the room and throughout were badly stained and smelt terrible. The room was dirty, cold, with no extra bedding supplied. I slept on top of the so called duvet as the mattress was so poor and metal springs coming through, the only recommendation is to return the mattress to the skip it came from. I think I would have a had a better sleep in a prison cell, which undoubtably would have been cleaner. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Really, Booking.com should be more particular as to whom they allow on their website As far as I am concerned, I should have been paid to stay in such an unsavoury establishment. I expect a refund and explanation as to why you are advertising such a health trap!

The booking was accepted by the host at the beginning but we had no communication from the host prior to arriving to the apartment door. Even then I had to call the host to find out that we cannot use the accommodation because it is still occupied. Host promised to call back but he never did. We had to make another emergency booking as this was a business trip. Now we still do not not have our money back.

The hotel is located in the city centre, close to the British Museum. There is a bus stop nearby. The room was quite large, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just great and included in the room price.

Designed and laid out by a moron. NOT ACCESIBLE even with mild Impairment. Lift stops between floors so stairs in every direction and there are 2* room 208s separated By 2 flights of stairs
