Shower cubicle leaked, reported it and was told someone would come out, not sure they did as continued to leak so lost a towel to stopping the apt flooding Balcony is tiny, can fit 1 chair on, ok for spring, less so if in the heat of summer

Nothing major. Only 1 wine glass available, which was cracked and a 1 gin glass. We didn't like electric sockets directly behind and close to the kitchen sink

Did not like the doors across kitchen area it is a galley and the doors are pointless and when open take up huge amount of room. We wanted open all the time to access fridge so very annoying take them off! Kitchen equipment could be better quite limited. We needed heating and the units barely took the chill off goodness knows how they would work as a/c

It was on a street with alot of traffic and a bar opposite alot of noise. Pool was not usable this time of year. Would preference a separate bedroom.

It was modern, clean and location was near main sights.

Apartment is very well located, in central area. There is a Carrefour Express just accros the road, so handy when we arrived on Sunday evening ( all other supermarkets are closed on Sundays). Host was very helpful and accomodating for our checkout.

Clear access instructions from host, no problems at all getting in. Clean and minimalistic apartment, perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the popular places of interest.

Shower was loosing water but the owner was planning to fix it as the new shower was new and in the box, but not yet installed as it is always booked. Will be fix this November 2023. Than all will be perfect..

The owner was great and very helpful! He planned the babysitter and more in few messages, very nice!! Location is just perfect and very central, better would have been more noisy..

Maybe a free bottle of water could help after a long travel as we have to un pack first before looking a restaurant to eat.

The location is perfect for us. Alfonso is friendly and helpful. There are restaurants around. The main attraction are walking distance.

A couple of issues accessing the building and apartment using the codes but host was quick to respond even at midnight.

Good size and well located once you got your bearings with the street layout of the area. Plenty of small shops nearby for food/grocery’s.

A few bits of wear and tear on doors that didn’t shut properly. Pool area broken around pool. Outside patio not very inviting with uncomfortable chairs and stained walls WiFi didn’t work well on bottom floor but fine in the mezzanine.

Easy to access, open to self check in/check out. Very well situated, many places that we wanted to visit are within walking distance. No noise from the restaurants or bars in the neighbourhood. Pool is small but great to have such facility on the roof-top. High sealing and stone ground in the room (we were on the ground floor) kept air cold longer, big adventage when it is above +40 C outside.

Some bad repair jobs make it look a bit run down but still looks nice overall. I asked about parking and didn't get any response, I did ask late but a response would of been nice.

They have everything you need for break away (iron,hairdryer,swimming pool for the kids and even a washing machine) and the location is perfect. Free parking on the roads close in July and August in the evening if you're lucky enough to get a space.

The kitchen is pretty small and not really usable for more than making a simple breakfast or similar. Given there was a kitchen, there wasn't a proper table and chairs to eat at, other than the coffee table. The bracket holding the showerhead was broken so you had to hold the showerhead when showering to prevent it spraying the room. Our bedroom had no natural light, which meant it was difficult to wake up early.

The accommodation was in a nice part of the city, close to the main attractions. It was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and good sized wardrobe. The pool/hot-tub is only small, but nice to have after a hot day exploring Seville! The host also got back to us very quickly when we needed to get in contact about anything.

The narrow street is oddly noisy (sound gets amplified by the walls) - but the balcony doors cut out 99% of the sound, so it wasn't a problem at night when we had the aircon on.

Apartments were perfectly located. Close to the centre (a few minutes stroll to the Cathedral), but on a side street away from the hectic tourist drag. Alfonso (our host) could NOT have been more helpful. He sent door access codes (our flight arrived late) so we could get in easily. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and permitted a late check out, which transformed our holiday. Can't thank him enough. The apartment was perfectly clean. The bed was super-comfy. Really appreciated the fridge and the (silent!) aircon as it was a heatwave! Would stay again, absolutely.

Super conveniently located in the heart of Sevilla, close to the cathedral and Triana bridge. Nice apartment and lovely terrace with a small swimming pool, ideal to walk around the city and enjoy the sun. Very kind and helpful staff.
