This was the most exceptional customer service I have ever received in a hotel! I would recommend to all of my friends traveling to the Istanbul area to spend a week at Mavi At Hotel! The rooms are large and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the onsite horseback riding is great, and ALL of the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ali the Hotel Manager. Could not recommend more highly!

Set in Istanbul, Tips For istanbul offers a patio with mountain and lake views, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool, hammam and spa facilities. great location close to malls. there is a big walking garden behind the residence. Inside the house there was lots of cooking device. All plates and glasses was very modern and clean. Beds and towels are very cery clean. Close to big hospital also. Metro and bus station is very close. We have visited ataşehir water garden by car 3 minute. Reception helped us to call taxi but they do it as favour. Normally not their duty house owner informed about it. View is very nice and house is at high floor. There is a common use terrace over 30 th floor and able to see 360 degrees city view. We have taken our coffees from home and drinked there. İt was amazing. Inside residence there is a restaurant and suppermarket. Great. Also Security I impessed as on watch was 24 hrs

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel serves both breakfast and dinner buffets. I don't know about anything midday. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well-stocked and offered well-prepared foods served at appropriafterate temperatures. The offerings were largely traditional Turkish dishes and were delicious.
