Mums bija suite numurs ar piekļuvi Chick lounge. Fatima un viss pārējais personāls šajā Chick lounge bija brīnišķīgs, apkalpošana vienmēr bija augtākajā klasē. Katru dienu bija dažādāku ēdienu izvēlē, vienmēr bija divu veidu gaļas, veģetāro un zivju ēdienu piedāvājumi. Visi dzērieni un ēdieni ir neierobežotā daudzumā, kas mums atviegloja atpūtu, jo ceļojām ar bērniem, tie varēja paēst, padzerties un panašķoties jebkurā laikā, nebija jāsatraucās, ka nokavēsim broksatu laiku utt... Patīkama atmosvēra ar brīnišķīgu skatu no 10.stāva, nebija pārpildīts ar cilvēkiem, kas mums lika justies mazliet priviliģētiem. Noteikti iesaku izvēlēties numuru ar šo piekļuvi, ietaupīsiet naudu uz ēdienu un dzērieniem, lai gan nummuriņa cena ir augstāka.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectation. I was made welcome as I entered the hotel and given a very beautiful room with a spectacular view. The hotel aesthetics is stunning, ambience lovely, and atmosphere calm and beautiful. The staff are helpful, polite and willing to help. I am truly glad to have come here. God willing, i should be visiting again with more of my family members in the future. Many thanks for a fine experience

Hotel situation was perfect just 4 min from the beach and There were several shops around ,The reception workers were very nice and caring, especially Muhammad and the blonde woman:) The food was very delicious and amazing... 1.The staff here at the Flamingo Residence is the kindest and most helpful you will ever meet in the whole world! And I have traveled to almost every continent... We came in at night with 13 pieces of Luggage! The staff not only assisted us with all of it from the bus, but they ALSO TOOK MOST OF IT TO OUR ROOM ON THE FOURTH FLOOR! The next day, I was surprised how my new friend at the front desk helped us get to the mall at a fair price through taxi, and even did research for us on how much it should be so we didn't pay the "TOURIST" price. She even directed me to a store where I can find euro electric adapters for American electronics. We forgot to pack our adapters before we left the USA. She saved our lives, because without her, we would not be able to charge our phones or our laptops. I can't say enough about her willingness to get involved to solve problems that arose. The staff EVEN ORDERS FOOD FOR US NIGHTLY by phone because we do not speak the language! 2. The furniture and decor of the rooms is modern and fresh looking. Actually, the rooms are better in person than in the pics on their site.
