Overall a very nice an clean apartment in a calm environment (it's a big apartment complex but still quiet). It was very clean and really close to the slopes (5 min walk). The kitchen was well equipped and the wifi was working fast and without problems. All our questions could be answered by the friendly reception. Ski equipment can be rented at the hotel and the tickets can be bought at the lift.

Most friendly staff ever. Reception ladies were great, even gave us coffee on the house last day. Great pool where you can swim, not just dip inside. Great hut tub. Great breakfast (enough choices). Close to the ski slopes. You can rent ski equipment at the hotel.

Lilla Bèlgica

Spacious apartment, 2-3min walk from the upper ski lift stations/top of ski slops. Ticket office also there. Ski/sledge rental at the hotel. It is a complex of hotel buildings and apartment buildings, some are connected by corridor. In one of the buidling is the wellness with a nice big pool (rather cold, for swimming), jakuzzi and saunas (for extra fee). Very nice indoor play area for small kids (1-6y old maybe), next to the pool. In the restaurant aparment guests can also pay and eat, buffet breakfast and dinner or daily menu for lunch (17eur). The menu was 3 courses and big portions, 1 day very good, the other day not so tasty. Nice view from one of the windows over the mountains. Staff was really nice and helpful, at reception and in the restaurant as well as at the ski rental.

When you go glamping you don't expect five star service. I came here with my dog during a roadtrip. We had been away for almost a month already and we were looking forward to some relaxing times. The check in and information was on point and the accommodation was so smart and clever. It was small though so if you come with another human don't bring the biggest luggage because it will be tight. Loved the cosy, calm feel with the view across the river. After less than 24 hours me and my dog had an accident unrelated to thecamp and the way everyone helped us out brought tears to my eyes. So compassionate, caring and present hospitality is not something you could assume but all of the staff were checking in, helped out and was just accommodating. In the end, my dog who was quite badly injured, was looking for the staff as soon as we passed reception since he bonded so hard with them. Small things, like helping out W food from restaurant, packing a little food for our early departure, and kind words went such a long way. Besides the response to our accident, the space and staff are incredible. The view and environment made us so calm and happy and we really wanted to experience more about this place. I can't recommend this enough, the staff should know they are absolutely stars, kind, caring, awesome stars. The design and structures created in this space are mind blowing. View and nature as well.
