This property was exactly on my wishlist for an ideal hotel that has distinctive characteristics of this region. The history, the architecture, and especially the hospitality left me in awe and without any regret for booking a room here. The staff was very welcoming, and everyone including our very friendly hostess Olivia, welcomed us “home.” Just when I thought it could not be better, I was shown to my stunning room. The details were impeccable, and I had an amazing night’s sleep on the most comfortable bed, truly making me feel at home. The evening walk through the property was also like a dream from Arabian Nights, and there are numerous heritage museums surrounding this area. The area was spotless and I could tell that the staff took pride in working there and keeping it well maintained. Then in the morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, which was the perfect start to a long day of travel ahead. I was sad to leave and felt that I will return in the future to extend my stay and go back “home!” I definitely recommend to anyone interested in this area to book this place and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

The hotel is beautiful with an Arabian feel. The pool is lovely and so was the beach. Neither were crowded during my stay. The staff was all friendly and helpful. My room was clean and everything was in good repair. The shower is absolutely amazing! The restaurant and coffee options were good and diverse.

It was a great experience, all the staff at the hotel are respectful , at the beginning we met the receptionist sister Zeinab from Morocco, she was excellent in dealing with us, she had all the appreciation and respect, as well as the worker in delivering bags to the room, his name is Saeed from Pakistan was always smiling and smacked in a coin, and do not forget the workers in the restaurant they are respectful special Rita from Nepal , i hope to stay with you again next time. The room was beach facing and perfect location overlooking the pool. the size of the room was very comfortable along with the location which while is little offbeat but perfect and great for a quite stay.

I’m comming to this hotel since 2017, and this year is my second visit.I like the location of this hotel, the beach and the pool side. The rooms are big and clean. The all staff is very friendly and helpful. I want to especialy mention the reception staff and the guy named Mina: very kind, profesional, fast ,helpful, excellent English. 👌🏻
