Knysna, Sudafrica: cerca hotel

Posizione eccellente per visitare Knysna a piedi. Struttura sicura e ben tenuta, con garage custodito. L’appartamento è esattamente come si vede in foto, ben arredato e pulitissimo. Inoltre il proprietario è molto cordiale ed è stato a disposizione per ogni necessità durante il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

I would like to thank the staff at forest edge, they were friendly, place was neat and clean. Breakfast was exceptional and they went out of our way to make pap for us really enjoyed that touch

Everything is perfect. If I have to choose one single attribute, it is the location.

What a lovely place to stay. Nice location, just outside of town, away from the hustle and bustle. Clean, friendly, & quiet. Lovely restaurant at the waterfront... "O Pescador." Best steak I have had in a long time. About 1 min away from accommodation there is a delightful little pub, Bosun Arms. Wonderful atmosphere. Would I recommend this place to friends and family, 100% YES!!!

Our stay at Cliffhanger Cottages was incredible and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The attention to detail left us wanting for nothing and we were absolutely blown away by the views, visible from everywhere in the cottage, including the shower! The braii on the balcony & watching the sunset over the mountains are truly highlights of a wonderful trip on the garden route. Close enough to Knysna for shops etc. but distanced enough to fully immerse and hear nothing but nature. Some amazing hikes nearby with waterfalls and streams to bathe in during the summer months. Bellissima struttura nel mezzo della natura, molto attenti all'ambiente circostante. Si può comprare da mangiare direttamente da loro per poter grigliare sulla spettacolare terrazza di ciascuna treehouse

Oh, what a beautiful facility! This place was so unique; a real find in the middle of a forest! It was like staying in someone’s luxurious treehouse home. The staff was lovely. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed; the food was delicious. Must be seen to be believed. What a treasure!

Great staff, great location, within a walking distance from a number of restaurants. Spacious and safe parking. Breakfast was nice too. I also like how the handle to control the shower is not right under it, so you get a chance to adjust the water temperature without getting frozen or burnt =)

Fantastic place, our only regret was that we weren't there longer. The rooms were amazing, very comfortable and there were.lots of quirky details. The views were stunning. The food is delicious and they catered for my dietary requirement. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on NYE and the owner checked on with all guests to be sure we had slept well. We will definitely be back again

Our stay at Alkira Lodge was PHENOMENAL. My husband and I visited for our honeymoon earlier this month and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Samantha, the property manager, was warm, attentive, exceptionally responsive, and overall ensured that our stay was top-notch. She event went as far to upgrade our room to one with an oceanside view to make our honeymoon that much more special. The staff, Prim/James/Chef Robyn were equally amazing. They were kind, honest (we accidentally dropped some money on the ground and it was returned), and were generally the prototype of customer service and the food was insane. Chef Robyn created some of the most delicious meals we've eaten. Even the owner, Andrew, went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Our car battery died when we were about to head to dinner and not only did he try to assist with jumping the battery, he let us use his car so that we could grab a meal. Finally, SA is experiencing pretty severe load shedding which did not at all impact our stay because Alkira was fully prepared with solar panels and fully charged batteries. Our takeaway is that anyone who has an opportunity to stay at Alkira absolutely should. It is breathtakingly beautiful and offers 5-star service. Definitely one of the best, if not the best stay we've ever experienced.
