This hotel is in Øystese Village, on the shore of the Hardangerfjord. It offers a restaurant and for additional cost pool and sauna access. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and some feature a balcony. The view from the hotel was spectacular. It was a quick and easy drive to Nordheimsund, which is where many tours take off. Like many other hotels in Norway, there is a wide and excellent selection for breakfast. Something for everyone. We had to leave earlier on our final morning before the start of breakfast but they had everything set out for us to self-serve. The restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. This is typical of Norway, however. The pool at the connecting sports facility was convenient and fun.

Brakanes Hotel is located on the shores of the Hardanger Fjord in Ulvik. The hotel restaurant features a buffet and a la carte menu of local dishes. Free WiFi is included. Very Silent and Peaceful location. I just could not get enough of the view. It had an apple tree outside our Balcony. Dinner was Super expensive, I will not say no, but the chef is top. Always ask for a Table Fan which will be given to you on request, as u will need 1 for slight air circulation in the room….coz u will need to shut the windows coz of the outside noise and mosquitoes sometimes.…or else u might feel stuffy or sweaty in the middle of the night…..this is a tip to be used in the whole of Norway.

Eidfjord Hotel has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Eidfjord. Free private parking is available and the hotel also offers bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Staff were very helpful. They fixed the loud, squeaky bathroom door handle within a few hours of us reporting it. They loaned us an iron and ironing board. The location was excellent. It was quiet but fairly close to the main tourist area. There were good views in almost every direction. There was free parking and good WiFi. There were lots of shelves (though not in the bathroom). The shower was excellent (good pressure, steady temperature, good enclosure). The bed was softer-than-average, which I liked. The pillow was good (not too thick). The breakfast was good except for the juice which was watery. The on-site restaurant is very good and is open for dinner until 9 p.m., but it has only a small menu. (It is closed on Tuesday evenings.) There are other restaurants nearby, as well as a food truck that sells Thai food. The lounge area is roomy. There are no TV's which I liked (i.e. no loud TV sounds coming from other rooms). Though we heard some noise from the hallway, we never heard sounds from the two adjoining rooms. One can't accidentally lock oneself out of one's room because you have to use your key to lock the door.

Great location, got a cabin on the water, beautiful scenery. Equipped with everything needed, big salon and a dining table.

Centrally situated in Rosendal by the Hardanger Fjord, this waterfront hotel offers a restaurant, bar and terrace with panoramic views. The location is amazing. The staff was super. Truly recommend a trip to iris the restaurant as well.

Situated by the Hardangerfjord, this family-run hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Ulvik village. It offers a large furnished terrace, free WiFi and a variety of accommodation options. Nice hotel with comfy beds and beautiful landscape, size of family room and bath good. Staff very friendly. Facilities with good options close to sentrum and perfect breaksfast with good taste. All was great.

It's a wonderful hotel! The location is breathtaking, the service is excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast.

Situated in a late 19th century Art Noveau-style building overlooking the Måbø Valley, Fossli Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with private bathrooms. Vøringsfossen Waterfall is next to the hotel. Charming. Going back in time like in a museum. Great breakfast and diner. Kind staff.
