The staff is incredible and super helpful with organizing transportation and any reservations needed.

Everything was perfect. The host was super nice and the breakfast was very generous and high quality. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Hakuba.

The staff gave us an upgrade due to off-season, we loved our room which was more of a small apartment with plenty of space, smart-TV and small kitchen. Super comfortable bed and the view from the room overlooking mountain was great. Friendly staff, very helpful, offered to drive us to the busstation on our last day and was informative about skiing and everything. Very convenient just off the slopes. Recommend 10/10. Lovely restaurants in the town as well.

The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

We also had a free sushi dinner at first night. We really like the room, clean and sweet, also enjoy the Japanese bathtub after back from skateboarding. You will love the Takumi family!

Takako provides a delicious little snack each day. We looked forward to seeing what it would be each day. The onsen was hot and refreshing. The location was amazing - walkable to the base of the mountain AND a shuttle bus stop was nearby if you prefer. The whole experience at Hakuba Ski Kan shaped our feelings about Japan…AMAZING.

We joined in the pizza night at their Lodge which was really nice and looked to also be a lovely place to stay.

The property is well located, clean, equipped with a beautiful onsen, interesting restaurant with traditional Japanese style cuisine and wonderful views of the mountains. However, above all else, the Tokyo has an amazing staff. All we’re kind, welcoming and helpful. In particular, the younger gentleman working the ski rental facility was able to answer all of our questions and ensured we had what we needed for a great day on the slopes at Happo One. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
