Just simply excellent the hotel well deserves the 5 stars rating, everything is clean, nicely organized, room is quiet, I was especially enlightened with the heated pools the water has nice warm temperature during the whole day, breakfast is great, staff is friendly. I enjoyed the free champagne testing the afternoon :)

It is a great location next to the main square in Papa. The train station is also within walking distance. The hotel and room are clean and well lit. The room also offered lots of counter top space and closet space. The buffet has an impressive variety of food options and is kept very clean and tidy. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and it was equally pleasant both times which indicates my level of satisfaction. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They had someone, free of charge, pick us up at the train station. When a pipe in the bathroom broke they moved us to another room. The room they moved us to, they felt had a better view of the lake and the sale boats. Which it did. The area we stayed in is not a tourist area, it is a very small village with beautiful homes. The train station is about 3K but there is a trolly 1K. Either way if you perfer a Taxi they will try to obtain one for you.
