The stuff is friendly and helpful, we could see that they really care of this place. The hotel have also a good garden, where you can rest well. The zoo was right after the garden. We could even see some animals from the room window)

We needed to have a few things refrigerated and they kept those items refrigerated for us. The breakfast was good with lots of selections. It is very close to downtown. We were in town to visit a sick relative, so we did not have the opportunity to use the spa services.
