Big room with great views from the large balcony. Very efficient ferry service from hotel to Flores Island. The staff were all friendly. The airport transfers went very smoothly. The two staff members on reception (Brayam? and Danila?) were both very helpful when we had a problem with a cancelled flight and a lost phone. They also helped us book a good trip to Tikal.

They go above and beyond to help you and make your visit to Flores a memorable one. Manuela prepared coffee for me in the morning, despite not having the breakfast included in rate. Offered me snacks when I did the long trip to Tikal. Her husband was very nice as well. Francisco is just adorable. Genuine and so nice. I miss him already. Rooms are comfy, good lighting, great hot shower, TV, great bad, and AC. Big terrace so you can wash your clothes and let them dry there or they can do it for you as well. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and all nice sites in Flores.
