The hotel has an underground parking garage, a rooftop pool, an elevator and many facilities more. Location is also good.

The service was 1st class as the food from Godfried (chef). Breakfast is awesome, there is soymilk and glutenfree bread on request. Beds are cozy, rooms incl. Bathroom new and modern. Restaurants, shops and supermarket are just around the corner and the public bus station is only 3min walk away. I couldnt enjoy my trip more, it was simply perfect. A huge THANKS to the lovely crew working there, you all made my stay unforgettable!

How clean the hotel was. Also, the speed of getting things done at check in was nice, the guy helping with luggage and parking was very friendly and we enjoyed the service on the rooftop at the pool.

Incredibly appreciated! The spa is beautiful, the decor is 5* and the breakfast is amazing. Please send special thanks to the 4th floor cleaning perssonnel! Truly going out of their way for premium service. All around again a fantastic stay, hoping to return soon again.

The modern Inturotel Cala Esmeralda – Adults Only has an ideal seafront setting, in Majorca’s Cala d’Or. It offers 3 outdoor swimming pools, an on-site spa and attractive gardens. The hotel is amazing and had a wonderful vibe to it. It's a very quiet and confortable place to stay. I loved all the nice little details, like the soft music playing all day, night entertainment, the design of the hotel. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from (vegan/vegetarians too). Went daily to the gym and spa, and my wife also did yoga on the beach. The beach club was amazing, great food/drinks as well. Fantastic location, close to a stunning beach. The staff was polite and helpful answering any questions we had. The room was very clean and well ventilated. We had a private pool which was super nice and was cleaned every morning. This was the best holiday, me and my wife, ever had. Will surely visit again.

Nice hotel, very clean, tasty food. We like it all, Daniela keeps her finger on the pulse, always there, always on the top of everything - well done. All the team was welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We recommend this hotel.

Since the minute we arrived all staff members were extremely nice (front desk, restaurant, bar and pool). Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options with very tasty, fresh and delicious food. Pool was calm and very clean.
