The table serverd authentic Egyptian food was so delicious. Don't worry if you travel on your own. You will be invited by the GM Moustafa Elkerdani to join dinner at the so callled communitytable and meet up with staf and other guests. Simply to let us have an splendid holiday. For sure a place to vistit again.....our next stay is already booked! As we are divers it was great that Emperor Divers new divecenter is located in this hotel. They offer a diversity of diving possibilities. Either housereef, nearby shorediving locations or with one of their boats. Enjoyable and memorable The resort is an oasis in the desert with a modern landscape and tropical plants that are rare in Egypt. At check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Ali, the reception manager. Housekeeping people are very creative, and the towel job is amazing. The ambience, service and food at the restaurant are above and beyond. Shrimp salad and grilled salmon are an absolute masterpiece! The studio had a comfy bed and pillows, a full kitchen and a washing machine, all brand new. Smart TV with Netflix, and high-speed Internet inside the room. To be fair, we never had these services even in the fanciest 5-star hotels in Egypt.

We reserved the DBL room with king size bed for our family (2 adults and the kid), when we arrived at the hotel were kindly surprised the additional bed for the baby in our room. It made our staying ruther more comfortable. The request for quiet room was satisfied as well. The food, room service, entertainment program, sport activities, beach amenities were exceptional as well. It was more than convenient booking everyday activities by TUI Magic Life app. Activities for kids were above our expectations. My 3 years old son felt in love with Irina and Ada, managers from Mini Club. He used to spent 3-4 hours every day playing, crafting and joying at Mini Club. I was impressed by huge territory of the hotel, the long pier, trees blossoming everywhere. I can also point on the high quality of staff work - at the restaurants and bars, on the beach, in the gym and other places. Would definitely come back and send a friend there.
