Hotel in Væggerløse
Situated in Væggerløse, 14 km from Middelaldercentret, Marielyst Sleep´n Go features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This old farm is just a few minutes' drive away, on the left side coming from Gedser. The entrance is not well described, but there are not many houses there. :-) The motorcycles were well protected in the inner courtyard. The reception by the employee was a bit confusing, but the super nice boss was able to explain everything. The room was clean, the beds extremely comfortable. We had our own small bathroom - if this was too small for us, we could have used the spacious shared bathroom. The house is antique and decorated with traditional decorations. You breathe the history! It's fantastic and so relaxing to sit in the courtyard in the evening (comfortable sofa seats!) and enjoy a glass of wine/beer. Danish hospitality! Coffee, tea, etc. are available free of charge, and the drinks refrigerator is available for free use. You pay - with confidence! - at check-out. The breakfast was terrific! The nice lady fried eggs, bacon, omelettes, there were enough and many variations. The coffee was delicious! We look forward to visit you again!

Clean, convenient and good value.
superb facilities and very nice location. good parking for motorbikes.
Very nice place with a beautiful terrace and garden. Delicious breakfast in a homely atmosphere.
We stopped for a transfer and had a very good time there. An interesting place in a charming area, close to nature and animals (horses!). Clean, modest rooms and bathroom. In the morning, a homemade breakfast with great coffee is served, and a friendly host is on site.
It was absolutely perfect. Such a special experience! So basic, and yet everything you need is there. The beds were very good. You can sit outside in the treehouse, but also inside if you wish. The kitchen/bathroom was right outside the treehouse. We thought the toilet would be without flushing, but it was a flushing toilet now. Yes there are a few spiders in the house (ofcourse, you are in a tree!) but: no mosquitos! The owners were superkind and made a delicious breakfast for us. Even the little things, like a game and different types of tea were there. If we ever go to Denmark again, this is where we want to stay!
Lisbet is the perfect host and our stay with her was the highlight of our 5 weeks of cycle touring. Wonderful meal and spotless accommodation.
