This lodge features a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything is perfect, too bad I didn't stay long enougth to enjoy the jacuzzi.

This lodge features a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. A very cute little cabin in a lovely location. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. for us to prepare our meals. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the extra bonus of a nice hot tub soak before bed. Really appreciated all the personal touches the owners have done.

This family-owned lodge is set along the Lonsá River on north-eastern Iceland’s Langanes Peninsula. It offers an outdoor hot tub, café-bar and fully equipped guest kitchen. Thórshöfn Airport is 11.5 km away. This farm is perfect to experience real Icelandic farm living. Room is very warm and cosy. We felt like at home! Breakfast is really tasty and a lot to choose from. The host, a lady, is super nice. You can also walk around the farm and see dogs, sheep and horses.

It is a wonder place. The settlement, Ólafsfjörður, is an amazingly located alone, but the small wooden houses add to the experience. It was everything and even more. The hot tub is a must!

Grimsey is a gem and the Basar guesthouse is the best option for lodging on the island! The owners are very helpful and nice. We will be back!

The house looks nice, it’s old wooden house in the middle of city centre. At check in you get coupon for free drink. I guess kinda like an apology for not having kitchen.

We had an amazing time at Birkilauf Nature Lodge. The host is wonderful, very helpful and knowledge. The kitchen and common area are excellently equipped. Host provides possibility to make your own breakfast and even bakes bread and cake. Excellent coffee. Rooms are nicely furnished and bathrooms are comfortable as well.
