Staff were welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process very easy and our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, including a fabulous view of the water and surrounding mountains. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town where there’s plenty of shops and restaurants and the Skyline gondola and luge, is only 1km away. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Probably the best location. On the hill over the lake and edging the bush area makes it unique in senses. The room was designed with antiques. The vibes in the room and amenities are a bit royal and elegant.

Electric blanket, espresso machine, heated toilet seat covers. Unique cabins in wooded setting. Deck with fabulous views. Owner simply a lovely person.

Location was excellent and apartment was spacious. We took an unserviced apartment for four days but the staff that we saw were friendly and gave us extra milk for our tea. I was beyond pleased to have chosen this accommodation and it actually exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. We loved the heated flooring in the bathroom too. Couldn't have been any closer to Queenstown harbour area, just an easy quick path down to the action if you wanted it or the serenity of Queens Park on your doorstep too.

Parking is free! Which is super convenient cuz it was really hard to find a spot to park in the downtown. You can park your car in front of the reception, and take a 15 walk to downtown.
