The front desk was so very helpful—technology, opening and closing the security door, answering questions for where places were. it was necessary that my bus ticket be printed, so front desk had it sent to them and printed it. one young man was bi-lingual, which was a WIN for me. He was so patient in helping me with a technology problem. The rooftop terrace is a do not miss. Staff keeps the place very clean.

Fue room was small but very cute and suprisingly comfortable!! There was complimentary water, coffee maker (with coffee 😎) if we wanted to make!! The location is in a nice area!!

Very nice, cozy house within a walking distance of the Casa Azul museum and other interesting things. lot of restaurants and small cafes around to enjoy. safe neighborhood to walk in the evening and our host Irene was very welcoming and gave us many helpful tips for further travels. would come back!
