Em Inveraray, a cerca de menos de 1 km de Castelo de Inveraray, Brambles of Inveraray apresenta um jardim, quartos não fumador e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. We loved our stay of 2 nights in the Garden suite! Simply amazing! When we arrived we had a very nice warm welcome of Victoria, one of the owners of Brambles of Inverary. The Garden suite is just lovely! Amazing comfortable beds and sofa in front of the tv. My compliments to the housekeeper who specially arranged the stuffed animals of my daughter on her bed when we came back in our room. This totally made her feel really special. Brambles had their own restaurant and coffee café accross the street. In their restaurant they serve during the day nice lunches including amazing pastries and cakes. I was personally in heaven with 1 of their specialties, the blue berry lemon curd cake with lemon frosting. It's a good thing for my health that I do not live here haha. The first night we also had dinner at the restaurant of Brambles. This was also really excellent. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. This restaurant is nice for any kind of group. In the morning we had breakfast at Brambles which was included. You could choose something cooked from the menu and you were able to take anything you wanted from the counter. Like croissants, cereals or juices. We had Eggs Benedict, very tasty! Brambles is located at the main street of Inverary. Within 10 minutes walk of the Inverary castle and 1 minute walk of the Inverary Jail. Both I definitely recommend to visit! In the area there are also really nice hikes you can do for example go up the mountain 250 metres high to the look out point of Dun Na Cuaiche. Trust me it's worth it! The view at Inverary and Loch Fyne is breahttaking! Next time if Inverary is on our route, we will again book our stay with Brambles!

Very comfortable bed, large shower. The hotel also provided us with a steamer as they knew we were going to attend the wedding. Very sweet girl at the breakfast (for additional price but massive portions)

Black Bull Gartmore situa-se em Stirling, a 12 km de Lago de Menteith, e dispõe de acomodações com um restaurante, estacionamento privado gratuito e um bar. It was the quintessential Scottish inn with beautifully updated rooms that were very comfortable. The service was impeccable.

The Kilchrenan Inn situa-se em Oban, a 26 km de Dunstaffnage Castle, e dispõe de acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um restaurante e um bar. We arrived late and had dinner in the pub/restaurant. The quality was way in excess of our expectations. I had a Beetroot cured smoked gravadlax with horseradish cream, cress & toasted sourdough followed by Beer battered haddock & hand cut chips with peas & tartare. The starter was one of the best I have ever had and the main course was the perfect meal for a first day in Scotland. Compliments to the chef!! Our room was spacious with every comfort. A huge comfortable bed with a nice view out the front of the building, and nice bathroom with all necessary accessories.

Traditional breakfast and dinner was delicious! Great selection of whisky and profesional consultation. Communication with holders was great as well. Parking nearby.

Kildrummy Inn situa-se em Kildrummy, a 27 km de Castelo Huntly e a 49 km de Castleo de Balmoral. The food here (unbeknown to us before we booked) has won awards for it's fine dining. The very friendly and congenial proprietor is an award-winning chef and is also highly knowledgeable about his wines and spirits. He offers an array of rare and obscure alcoholic treats, and you should definitely true the aged rum! The dinner and breakfast menus were fantastic - lots of local and homemade fare, and gluten-free options for almost everything.
