With a historically listed interior, the bar and restaurant at The Black Lion Pub & Boutique Guesthouse Guesthouse have retained charming original features. Above this old pub was a treat to stay in. The rooms were small but perfect for our one night stay as they provided all the comforts needed in a fresh and modern space. Very quiet.

A real neighbourhood, in Wimbledon Village, across from Wimbledon Common, about 12 minutes walk downhill to the tube station, or a short bus ride. Fabulous place. Lots of television stations, a bathtub.

Central London is a 40-minute train journey away, whilst Heathrow Airport can be reached with 30 minutes’ drive. A number of riverside restaurants and pubs can also be found just 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Staff at check in and restaurant The Six, for dinner, were very friendly, courteous and went above and beyond for service

Our smaller room was just big enough but so beautifully fitted out and so well thought out that we were totally impressed and happy there. Loved the brilliant shower and fog free mirror! The staff in the pub are all super friendly and the food was very very good. We were really glad we couldn't fit into the family home so we got a chance to experience this all round lovely venue.
