I first want to point out that the young fellow that I woke up to come let us in was very nice to do that and I am very thankful for that generosity. We arrived very late and I am happy I did not need to go look for a different hotel at 11 to 11:45 PM at night. Thank you!! The hotel was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and free and right next to the room. Very convenient. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom. Nice size. Good and comfortable bed. Just a short drive to the inner city of Hamburg. I would for sure stay here again.

Our room was large and spacious, faced an interior roof garden and included fresh coffee and an orange juice press! Arnold, the proprietor, brought us warm croissants for breakfast - what a delightful and thoughtful gesture. We also had an excellent dinner at the restaurant- which is only open in the evenings. Finding a place to eat is no hardship.

Close to the Aussen-Alster Lake, lots of smaller restaurants in the area on the street Lange Reihe, when walkiing towards Main train station. It is a smaller hotel. The staff very helpfull and nice. Breakfast is good, with a lot to choose from and freshly served. Would love to come back in Summer and enjoy my breakfast in the nice green courtyard.
