    "The location was good near to where I had to be. It was a bonus having stores like Woolies, Pick and Pay and a hairdresser downstairs. Parking and security were excellent. Traveling in my own I felt safe and secure."

This luxurious apartment is located in the upmarket 'Genesis on Fairmount' shopping center, which is located in the suburb of Fairmount, it is close to all major business districts of Johannesburg. Located 16 minutes from the airport, and fully serviced by Uber and Uber Eats. The center has 24h backup power and water, meaning that it is fully off grind, meaning you are fully protected against loadshedding/power blackouts. The apartment is in the residential floor of a lifestyle center, with the lower sections of the center housing a Pick and Pay, Woolworths, Clicks, Seattle Coffee, and other boutique stores, meaning you do not need to travel very far for anything that you need. Security is of paramount concern, with permeant patrolling guards, camera systems, and the residential block of the complex being access controlled. The unit is geared for remote workers, with its own 5G wifi, and two seperate TV's with premium cale (DSTV) , showmax and Netflix. Full AC in the lounge, and a fan in the bedroom, Further, the kitchen area has all appliances and utensils should you wish to cook yourself. There will be minimum host interference, other then daily check-ins
Leonard and Chantel has been married for 20 years, and this is our first apartment that we are doing together, We are both service orientated, and will go the extra mile for our guests. Leonard is an IT professional, while Chantel looks after the apartment full time
The neighborhood forms part of the Glen-hazel area, and it is close to Sandton, Bedfordview, Houghton. The area is safe and secure, with many residents choosing weekend strolls. There is a secure fenced off park accross the road with kids play area.
