A beautiful apartament, in a beautiful house, it really had everything we needed and the neighbourhood is gorgeous, with a lot of similar historical residential villas. The city center is very close by walking distance and there is also a beautiful park nearby.

The apartment is newly refurbished and located in an old bourgeois villa. Villa Winter is located in a quiet and attractive location on Cankarjeva Street 33, near the city park, under the foothills of the Pyramid. Apartments are suitable for families, business people and groups of people who want a comfortable stay in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. All apartments are equipped with new kitchen appliances and all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is perfect for couples, groups of friends and families. It is located in the elite part of the city, only a 5 min walk away from the city center, where you can visit the Slovenian National Theatre, various museums and the city castle. Right around the corner from the apartment is the city park which is one of the most beautiful parks in Slovenia.

It is located in the elite part of the city, only a 5 min walk away from the city center, where you can visit the Slovenian National Theatre, various museums and the city castle. Right around the corner from the apartment is the city park which is one of the most beautiful parks in Slovenia. The city of Maribor is surrounded by hilltops with spectacular views of the area, like Piramida and Kalvarija; it will take 10 to 15 minutes of light walking to get to the top. If you wish to experience the nightlife in Maribor, a part of the riverbank of Drava called Lent offers many colorful bars, caffes, clubs and restaurants and also the world's oldest grapevine which is over 400 years old. Lent is also home to the Lent International Summer festival is a major art event that takes place for two weeks at the end of June. For other nightlife thrills you can also visit Poštna ulica near the main square (less than 5 minutes walk from Lent).
