Cozy 1930's apartment located directly in Historical Plaza San Martin. Get ready to stay in a building with local limeños and get the true Lima experience. You are right directly in the center of Plaza San Martin, the heart and soul of Downtown Lima and the safest area.The entrance to the building is directly in Plaza San Martin not one of the side roads. Literally you walk directly into the Plaza from my building. Keep in mind Lima like any other major city has noise but that is a trade off to be literally in the center of everything and within walking distance of every major Lima tourist attraction in the Historical Center of the City of Lima. My entire apartment is located in a 4th floor walk-up****NO ELEVATOR****

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: My apartment is located in a historical building ** 4th floor walk up - NO ELEVATOR ** at the heart of Plaza San Martin.This is one of the original buildings of Plaza San Martin. The apartment is located next to Jr. de la Union at a short walking distance from The Main Square, Government Palace, Lima's Cathedral and museums. You are at the most popular part of downtown surrounded by restaurants, bars, banks, movie theaters, shopping centers and next to currency exchange places. The safest place in downtown Lima. The Metropolitano bus is a quick walk from the apartment which brings you directly to Barranco and Miraflores.
