House with independent entrance and private parking for up to three cars. The 180 m2 house is split over two floors. The entrance, a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one bathroom and a terrace. Air conditioning on both floors and mosquito nets on the windows to fully enjoy the summer even with the windows open. Equipped with fast Internet connection and pay TV. A washing machine and an ironing board are also available. Outside, there are a table with chairs under the porch and a barbecue area in the garden at your disposal. Villa Jasna is ideal for families!
Cozy house located in Duino town. The town center, the Duino Castle (and its Old Castle), the Grotta del Mitreo (Mitreo Cave) and the beach located in the romantic marina of Duino are reachable with a few minutes’ walk. Moreover, if you wish to take a charming walk between the sea and the “Carso”, the panoramic Rilke path is a few steps away too. The area offers a large variety of paths to go for a walk or a bike ride, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature. The various Sistiana beaches, the mouth of the underground river Timavo and the Gothic church in its surroundings can also be reached on foot or by bicycle. There is a large well-stocked supermarket with parapharmacy at 300 m. The area is well served by public transport and in half an hour it is possible to reach the cities of Trieste, Gorizia and Redipuglia and the Doberdò lake; whereas Koper and Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, are one hour away. Trieste Airport is 12 km away.
