Welcome to a lovely home where you can live, spend special times with your family, friends and children. Immersed in nature within the wonderful city of Florence, this is an ideal place to work, relax, reflect, and if you are an artist (why not) find inspiration. Fireplace, garden and private parking, this home is unique… You may relax in the private garden, on the beautiful terrace where you can dine in peaceful surroundings, or in the cozy patio area shaded by an umbrella, perfect for morning cafe. A full barbecue setup allows you the pleasure of outdoor grilling, including perhaps a famous Florentine steak. If the evenings bring a little chill to the air, you can relax on the sofa in front of a crackling fire since the woodpile is always fully stocked. You can also relax while watching a good movie on the large screen smart TV, 4K using your personal Netflix account. There are three bedrooms: one double and one twin on the first floor as well as another in the totally independent annex on the ground floor with private bathroom and kitchenette. The house is outside the restricted traffic area and there are two private parking spaces directly in front of the hous
For us happiness is in the little "great" things, for example spending time together as a family. Our heart is in the mountains. We love to make our house cosy, and make our guests feel welcome, in a real home. Our personal revolution is to be joyful, kind and having a welcoming heart. We do believe this changes the world, at least for who is near you, and makes it a little handkerchief of Paradise.
Located near the Porta Romana, one of the historic gates that gives access to the center of Florence, the house is immersed in the tranquility of the countryside. Within 400 meters from the house you will find shops selling typical Tuscan products, a butcher, a pastry shop, a fruit and vegetable vendor, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice-cream parlor, delicatessen, bank and pharmacy. Conveniently connected to the A1 highway to Bologna/Rome and highway to Siena, the beauty and comfort of this place is unique…..why don’t you come and see for yourself!
