Cosy and romanticismo brand new apartment, very quiet and bright, completely renovated in 2019. Sole entrance, tastefully furnished in typical venetian style, Isepo is composed of a large bedroom provided with a double/twin bed , a sittingroom provided with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen/ livingroom and one bathroom. Perfect for a couple, friend or families . Isepo apartment is provided with central air conditionig, fast WiFi connection, flat screen t.v. , safe, washing machine, drier , dishwasher and microwave hoven. On the ground floor is provided washing machine, drier and iron. We provide free daily cleaning.

Isepo apartment, as well as San Gervasio and Bacanal apartments, is owned and personally runned by Caterina and GianFranco a venetian couple. Caterina supervises all the details and prepares the apartment to make you feel like home. Gianfranco speaks fluent english, welcomes his guests at the closest boat stop to the apartment and gives all the tips a venetian resident can give in order to enjoy Venice at the most.

Isepo apartment is located next to the Giardini of Biennale Modern art exibition, three minutes walk from Via Garibaldi in Castello district, one of the most colorful area of Venice, where turists can still mingle with the venetian residents and enjoy the authentic venetian atmosphere and yet close to all the main points of interests Venice can offer. In via Garibaldi you can find all kind of stores, fish shop, bakeries, greengroceries, Bacari ( typical venetian pubs), restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and the Post Office provided with ATM machine. From GIARDINI stop, two minutes away from the apartment, depart the public boat lines 1 and 2 in order to reach in few minutes all the main attraction of town, or the beautiful beach of Lido island, as well as line 4.1 that goes to the three main islands of the lagoon ( Murano, Burano and Torcello).
