The apartment is spacious and bright, I wish you could really feel at home while staying here. It is a first floor air conditioned apartment situated in a well preserved early 1900's building with elevator, it features high ceilings with original stucco decorations and original mosaic tile floors. The apartment is spacious and bright. It features soundproof windows. It has a dining room with table for six, chairs and a balcony, a relax room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio cd player and bookshelf. Wifi available in the property. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The master bedroom has a double size iron canopy bed, night tables and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double size bed, night tables, wardrobe. Both bedrooms have access to a small balcony The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, wc, hair dryer and a washing machine.
I love travelling and meeting people coming from different backgrounds. I enjoy reading, cinema, food and swimming! I do aim to make you feel home and would be pleased to share with my guests my knowledge and experience as a local who was born in Rome. I want my guests to feel at home trying to do all I can to assist and help them when needed.
The flat is located in one of the most vibrant area of Rome, the so called Street Art District: Ostiense The area is becoming Rome’s culinary center. New restaurants, trattorias, bars, pizzerias and pubs are popping up left and right, tempting food-loving Romans from all areas of the city, as well as tourists. The area is very lively, safe and has preserved a spirit of authenticity in spite of the fact is attracting more tourists. It is a safe area, full of amenities and very well connected to the rest of the city and to the airports and stations. Located in a strategic position just 400 meters from Piramide tube station from where there are direct connections to Fiumicino Airport. From Piramide Station you are just 2 stops away from the Colosseum and 15 minutes walk from Circus Maximus. From Piramide Station there are connections to roman archaeological site of Ostia Antica. Just outside the building' s main door stop buses connecting directly to the Vatican City ( 20 minutes) and to Piazza Venezia ( 10 minutes ).
