Be one of the first guests in this recently renovated downtown property. The flat is suitable for 4 guests, 65 sqm. It has two separate and spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a nice balcony. The apartement is on Buda side, in a peaceful and safe district of Budapest. The main sights are in the close proximity and the public transport is excellent there. The property is situated on the 2nd floor in a building built in the beginning of the 20th century. The flat is described by huge spaces, high ceiling and with all modern conveniences in perfect condition. There is even bathtub in the bathroom. The whole appartement is only for your conveniences, you do not need to share with anyone else.

On one hand the location of the apartement is perfect for sightseeing. It is a marvellous starting point because all the spas and the world-famous sights and also the Danube bank are also a walking distance. Thanks to the public transport you can get to the city center easily too. On the other hand, you don't need to worry about the noise and nuisance could bother you in your private time and relax because this area is specifically known as a safe and quiet part of the city. With a 3-min walk you can get to the tram station. With the tram it is easy to travel to Deák Ferenc square and the city center where the heart of the parties are, only in 10 minutes. The stop of the Metro no.4 is only a 5-minute walk. If you arrive by car you can always find an available parking place in the area of the apartement. You have to pay for the parking on weekdays but it is for free at weekends.
