New building, new apartment, very clean, fully equipped. Apartment is oriented toward the building garden, therefore is very peaceful and without any street noise. Free parking spot for car in the garage is huge advantage. Owner provides complete instructions for easy check-in. Public bus stations are just behind corner and excellent city transport enabes good connection with city landmarks (app BudapestGO is tremendous for a trip planning and tickets handling). Big shopping mall is very close, at 15 minutes walk or 5 min by car). Our recommendation.

This property is one of the best accommodation we had in all our travels, this apartment is very spacious, very clean and complete in facilities, the beddings are very comfortable and clean, even the towels smells clean and fresh, the location is accessible to all the famous sites, and the property host is super nice and kind, definitely next time if we have chance to go back we'll book a longer stay.

Nice new apartment, clean and spacy. Easy to find with precise instructions provided by the owner. Simple check in process. Everything you need for your stay in Budapest. I was there with my family in the middle of summer. Air condition works perfectly, WiFi, TV, fridge, laundry washer, dishwasher, all good. Kichen equiped with everything you need for preparing simple meals, coffee, tea, etc. There's parking place in the garage, no worries for the car. There's a mini shop on the street open 24/7. Bigger shops withing 15 minutes walk. City park and the Zoo 10 minutes walk. Public transport available on several stops within few hundred meters (bus, metro, trolley, night bus). Budapest public transport works well, I recommend BudapestGO app for planning routes and buying tickets. Walk to the city center or Danube bank is also an option if you feel fit for longer walks.

It's a modern, comfortable, and very clean apartment close to the park. The place has everything a traveler might need, incl. a comfy mattress, AC, dishwasher, parking, etc. The check-in instructions were absolutely clear, and communication with the host was very pleasant. Next time we're in Budapest, we'll book it again.

Everything was very nice. The apartment is in a good location and has excellent traffic connections. The apartment is modern, everything as in the pictures. It was very clean. There is an elevator from the garage to the apartment. There was no contact with the owner, but the instructions for taking over the apartment were great. If we come back to Budapest again, we will definitely take this accommodation again.
