Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room whilst the room is being serviced.
